Podcasts are just MP3 files but the smaller the better without sacrificing too much quality: I use iTunes to convert but you can use any software. The settings that I suggest for the MP3 podcast files are : Stereo Bit Rate: 64kbps Variable Bit Rate Encoding : OFF Sample Rate: 22050 kHz Extra Itunes Settings: Channels: AUTO Stereo Mode: Normal Smart Encoding Adjustments: ON Filter frequencies below 10Hz: ON |
